KAMACH Wedge wire Screen consist of wedge shape wire and the longitudinal support rods, manufactured by wedge or approximately triangular shape profile wire around an internal array of longitudinal rods and are joined by resistance welding, each intersection point of these wire is fusion welded to produces a rigid unit that has high strength and minimum weight. 

Screen sections are usually twenty feet long. Most continuous wire wrap screen is manufactured from stainless steel rather than carbon steel in order to avoid problems which often lead to accelerated corrosion.

The distance between the surface profiles is controlled very accurately, as it forms the V slot through which the filtrate flows.
