Kamach has 3 large-scale spiral submerged arc welded pipe production lines, which can produce steel pipes (steel casings) with diameters from Φ219 to Φ3200, with an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons. The steel casings (spiral steel pipes) produced by our company are mainly used in pile foundation projects, bridge construction, steel structures and other projects.

 

 All production lines are equipped with online ultrasonic flaw detection equipment, and there are also manual ultrasonic flaw detection, magnetic particle inspection, radio graphic flaw detection and other inspection methods for customers to choose from.

 

 We can also provide services such as welded shear rings, pile boot manufacturing and steel sheath (spiral steel pipe) anti-corrosion services.
