Kamach Hat-shaped steel sheet piles are also called lightweight steel sheet piles. Their appearance is similar to U-shaped steel sheet piles, but the locks on both sides are the same as Z-shaped steel sheet piles. Compared with U-shaped steel sheet piles, the advantage of hat-shaped steel sheet piles is that they are wider and lighter, and after installation is completed, the bottom plates are in the same straight line, making it easier to install purlins and other accessories. 

 

Compared with Z-shaped steel sheet piles, hat-shaped steel sheet piles can achieve the effect of double Z-shaped steel sheet piles at one time, and have one less locking connection than Z-shaped steel sheet piles. They have better waterproof performance and use less materials.
